Just received this call and apparently I "won" some scratcher that could yield me an Ipad or Iphone (Could not tell, strong accent) or $2500 in cash and all I had to do was answer three simple questions.  Told them I was not interested and hung up.

This is a call center out of India and they are making calls for everything from free solar panels to the Microsoft computer scam. Given the track record of any company that would use them I would say do not belive anything they have to say if you speak with them it is better to just block the number.
