Called the number back and it said "Not in service"

NOT IN SERVICE THEY CALL ME LIKE AROUND 9AM.

This 469-474-2827 also called me this morning approx., 9:35 and I called it back and got a not in service response. How can this be and what the hell are they getting from this? Very annoying.

Yes!  I just got that call today about 5 minutes ago.  My cell phone is also my business phone.  I NEVER answer a call if it's blocked or I don't recognize it.  I've heard of a scam where if you call back or answer, the caller obtains access to your phone service.  I'm not sure how that works but I saw it on the local news.  Don't answer it if you don't recognize it.  If it's a friends or acquaintance, they'll leave a voicemail message.

I keep getting several calls a day from this number if I pickup its just silence has been happening for about 3 weeks now
