Called mobile. No VM

Called me but I didn't answer. Sent to voicemail but they didn't leave a message. I don't answer numbers I don't know.

1=15=2017 Got a call from this number ,no vm was left as it rang i put my phone in the microwave no i did not turn on the microwave .  .I did this to cut all signals to my phone then 30 seconds later I took it out so i could start getting a signal once again...

Received a 2nd call this afternoon.  It is a voice-activated message trying to sell health insurance.

i got this phone number in my phone of miss called three time. i didn't answer i because i don't answer number i do not know, and if a vm is not left it wasn't important for me then. i don't know hwo this number is what company it is, how do i get it to stop calling my phone
