Reporting call...no msg..just keeps calling...

Heavy foreign accent.  I did this same thing to them several months ago and got the jerk to talk for at least three minutes simply by replying like I did below.  He got so mad at me that he was cussing at me like a blue streak.  He even used the "N" word on me several times, even though I'm not Black.

Well, it's been a couple of months, and here we are again -

Phone rings, shows "Private Name - 469-461-1465"

Me - Hello

Caller - This is Sam calling from Car Loans Services
Me - Yes
"Sam" - Is this Jeremy
Me - Yes
"Sam" - Good, I'm calling to let you know your car loan has been approved
Me - Yes
"Sam" - So do you want a new car or a used car?
Me - Yes
"Sam" - So do you want a new car or a used car?
Me - Yes
"Sam" - So do you want a new car or a used car?
Me - Yes
"Sam" - So do you want a new car or a used car?
Me - Yes
"Sam" - I'm asking if you want a new car or a used car.
Me - Yes
"Sam" - Look, do you want a Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Ford
Me - Yes
"Sam" - do you want a Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Ford

Me - Yes

There was more, but I don't remember it all. It went about a minute this time.

did not pick up but calls are increasing in frequency.

I have been called several times in early morning by this number, some [***] indian voice answers, when I ask to be put on do not call list, the indian guy laughs and blatently says no I won't do that then sends me to automated service

Can't these company be reported or sued?

When I told them my phone number was on a national do not call registry and I wanted my number removed now, the guy on the other line, heavy Indian accent, started mocking me and said oh you want it removed now, well let me remove it now. I said so this is how you speak to your customers? You're an a**hole. He said I'd like to f*ck you up the a**hole. I immediately said I wanted to speak to a supervisor to which he told me he was one. Then he proceeded to tell me I sounded hot and he would like to f*ck me, then hung up on me. I called the number back, got a guy named "Edward" reported the entire conversation. He apologized, said he would pull the call log and take care of the offending person. I haven't had another call from these people after that. I plan to file a complaint with the federal trade commission.
