Caller 469-458-1963 (which may have been spoofed) ... did not identify ... ID: DALLAS TX (which may have been spoofed) ... I picked up the call and received total silence from the caller ... less than 1 minute later the caller disconnected.

A person called today at 1:45, from this number. The caller ID said "Unknown Name". They identified themselves as being with the Fraternal Order of Police. From what I can determine the FOP is not a charity and is actually a labor union.
