Unknown and left no message.  If this is the Texas Fraternal Police whatever then this is the 2nd number for them that I have seen this month and over 70% of any donations they collect go right back into paying telemarketers to make even more annoying calls.  I will be filing a complaint this time because I asked them not to call again.

This is the Texas Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) using a different number.  They called me on Feb 20th from (214)393-9288 and I told then not to call again.  So they called again from this (469)458-1921 number and again I told them not to call again.  This time I filed a complaint listing both numbers.  As a rule I don't donate to any one/thing by way of an unsolicited call.  If you want to donate to help law enforcement officers and their families then take the initiative to find a charity on your own so you know who you are giving you money to.  This group has had complaints going back years for using telemarketers, using misrepresentation, and having only 20% of donations helping people while the bulk pays for more telemarketing.

They told me they were my oldest son's(by name) oldest boy and he needed money to get out of trouble.

The call was from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).  Caller ID said "unknown name" which shows you how legitimate this group is.  Said they were not funded by the government (DUH!) and that the money went to families of fallen officers, scholarship funds, etc. and how much money could they count on me for.  I said "nothing" and hung up the phone.

Thanks to other posters for the low down.  Called, didn't leave message.  Now I know I can add them to our blocker.
