called my cell, don't recognize it, blocked it

Got a message claiming some free rewards for visiting a website (one of their partners).  Obviously a hoax but I called back just out of curiosity.  They offered me all sorts of gift cards and information on their money saving program as long as I paid the $5 for shipping and handling.  Nothing extraordinary about this scam, a classic but a goodie.  Just thought I'd give the heads up for anyone not wanting to bother calling back and talking to them.

Called on Saturday April 11th. My cell # blocked the call as this # does not appear in my contact list.

I got a call and it only rang once. As soon as it popped up, it went away. Blocking the number.
