Left no message on VM

called my cell but left no message

I have call detector installed on my cell phone. It was blocked by the app and reported as a scammer.

told me they were sending me a $250 visa & MasterCard gift card to use online At one of the eight websites and that they were starting a business in my area so they were picking random people to give receive a $250 gift card they told me they were also give me a 36 months scription to three different magazines.  I had to have a visa or MasterCard logo on my Credit card  or debit card  for me to receive their gift card. They told me my mailing address and I never did tell them it so I don't know how they found that out

Didn't recognize number, didn't answer, no message left.
