A man named "Jim" said he was from "CRS" and asked to speak to my husband regarding an ex-client who he is suing for non-payment ("Jim" named everybody correctly). He refused to give me any specifics about the reason for his call though I hammered him with questions to find out, at which point he got frustrated and said he's not taking any more of my s**t and hung up. I have learned how to demand transparency and truth when people like this call. We are getting the crazy calls again now that the government has been "shut down" and the FTC is non-functional.
