Really shadow overseas "pharmacy" probably operating from stolen customer information. They call from many different numbers including 866-778-5123; 201-340-1021; 201-340-1008; 20-5875; and 575-652-8450. They are relentless. My advice is to never do any kind of business with them or give them any information on who you are. If you have time and are inclined to mess with them, get them on the line and keep them talking as long as you can without giving them any information. They can auto-dial numbers to their heart's content at no real expense to them, but they can't afford to keep paying operators to remain on calls that get them nowhere. Don't believe for a minute the "Do Not Call Registry" means anything to these gangsters; they are overseas and obviously, unconcerned with U.S. law.  However, it can't hurt to file complaints against them with the FTC, FBI or Do Not Call Registry. Enough complaints may eventually get one or more agencies to take action against the carriers placing their calls.
