"Lee Thornhill" calls my job, my home and my cell  repeatedly threatening to have me jailed for a "tax matter" and insists that I pay him "right now". When I question who he is he immediately goes into a rage and becomes highly billigerent. This guy is a total psycho!! It does not matter who or what he is. HE IS PSYCHO!!

There's no reason to be scared or worried about "Lee Thornhill" and his calls or threats. He is nothing more then a typical employee at a collection agency. He gets rude and agressive as a way to get you upset or angry at which point most people will make bad decisions with regard to paying or agreeing to pay debts. The best way to handle collectors like this is to not get mad and just laugh at them and know that they can do little more then talk and threaten. This is how I've handled these calls in the past and it ALWAYS results in the collector hanging up on me out of frustration. You can also request that his calls have been documented for legal purposes and to discontinue any further calls. Also inform him that any further contact will be made via US mail. Let him know that his failure to comply will result in your taking legal action.

Oct 3, 2013 - I TRIED CALLING THE IRS TO VERIFY IF THIS WAS A SCAM, BUT GOT ... Got a call this morning 10/04/2013 said his name was Mr. Peterson from the IRS ... to the police and gave the phone to a police officer, he hung up and called back later .... Mr. Lee. 21 Oct 2013. I received this call on October 9, 2013.
