"That guy" was not defending the callers/scammers at all. Some people are under the mistaken impression that just because we have a holiday here in the US means no calls from anyone but family that it does not mean scammers from the foreign country's that are calling here are going to stop just because we have a holiday.  Point made, they could care less what day or time it is, they will call when ever they feel like it and do. And they will not use their real number to do it. Just because the CID shows Texas does not mean diddly squat!  You have no clue to the real location anyplace in the world.

Unbelievable are those who think like you and search, you assumed wrong!
