Caller was very rude and when I asked him to repeat his name and his company name he became very belligerent demanding that I connect him to my husband ( I am NOT married) the owner of the company. When I tried to advise him of this he became rude and insulting. Hung up on him. He called back with a blocked number. As soon as he started his rant I hung up. Very poor business practice. If we have a past due bill we pay the company direct but will never settle with debt collector without written confirmation from the company we owe. Too many sorry scam artist out there.

This man Ken Cole called my mother trying to reach a business down the road from our home. My mother is 80 years old and he wanted her to relay a message to this business, In my research I have discovered that this Ken Cole is a bill collector. I feel that this is very unprofessional on the part of Ken Cole to be contacting the neighbors of any business. And once I discover what company hired this Ken Cole I will be sure and NEVER use that business for any reason. Very tactless.

Ken Cole continues to call me at work and at home as well.  To be clear I do not owe any debt, yet he continues to call for another person.  He screams  and yells to try to scare you to get him in touch with another person.  When he is told of the illegality of his calls and is asked to stop calling he hangs up.

I was about to start preaching FDCPA requirements, but prior comments suggest a collector of business debt, which that Act does not cover. This is to say the awful behavior may (stupidly) be at least partly legal. You might have to explore relief in state law regarding telephonic harassment and/or reporting to an attorney general. If "Ken" has a working address, use Certified Mail to turn up your volume meanwhile.

I got a call from Ken Cole on 02-02-15 and he demanded that i pay money i have owed a sub contractor for over a year. I had lost my job which i held for over 30 years, once i told Ken my situation and was unable to pay the $3,000.00. with out hesitation he and i came up with a reasonable payment plan that i can do. I see a few bad comments about this gentelman and i cant belive that they are truly hounest. Most people who owe money are not to happy when calld by a collector but to be hounest i shouldnt take someone to call you about a debt that YOU owe.
