I answered the phone but heard nothing.  After several seconds the call hung up.

Called and left no message. Called back to same number, call could not go thru.

I googled this number and it comes up as Broadwing Communications.  Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F.  Not surprised.  Complaints on the BBB webpage are for improper debt collection (would not take it off the credit report) and constant harassing phone calls.

Caller has called and identified us by name.  Said he would call everyday.  Identified himself as my 'son'.  This stuff is getting creepy now.

If you don't recognize the number, just don't answer the phone.  At the end of the day, just erase all the trash on you AM with one touch of a button.
