Professional? Our receptionist took a call from Luke Smith at extension 555 less than an hour ago. He said if they don't get a call today a lawsuit will be filed and we will out of a job by Christmas. I refuse to respond to shallow threats.

I had serveral phone call from Luke Smith about the debt I don't even know. After I told them I don't know what they are talking about and hang up the phone, he call me 9 times from the phone # 3039683280 which is a non working # and left a treatining message that they will come and confisicate my house,Vehicle and all my property which is the next day.I was waiting for someone to show up, but no one came. When I called him to stop harrasing me or I will let my lawer to contact me he got pissed off and treatining me not to call again to his office. Well I gave him the last warnnig not to call me again before I contact the law inforcment.

Completely agree.... These guys get you to sign a contract, tell you lies, and never pay their clients... They told us they got an ACH and then claimed that the ACH's were bad...Then they called us to pay them for their time and that if we didn't pay them, they would sue...

TOTAL SCAM...

My associate received a call from Stephanie Moore who stated she was "an attorney with Tucker, Albin & Associates" and she would be filing suit against my firm and demanded to talk with me.  She was screened and said that if I did not call her back within an hour she would add attorney fees.  Would not leave a VM or tell my associate the nature of the call.  I called back and she claimed she never told my associate that she was an attorney and proceeded with a collection call wherein she threatened suit.  I suggested that she simpply file the claim but she wouldn't get off the phone.  I hung up the phone well into this unbelievable call AFTER she told me that she was recording the call.  If she was, total violation of California law.

I am a receptionist for a company in Baltimore Md. At around 11:30 on this day I received a phone call from a gentlemen ( so I thought) stating that his office had papers to serve on our company. I transfered him to our Legal Dept. He called right back wanting someone in our Accounts Payable Dept. I transfered the call. He again called back. When I answered the call this time he was very rude. He asked me if I was "stuck in stupid" and if I knew the difference between a supervised & unsupervised transfer. I told him I knew the difference. He was unhappy at the fact that he was getting voicemail when I transfered him. He wanted me to hold on the line until someone picked up his call. I advised him I could not do that. He demanded that I take his name & number and have someone call him back immediately. The name he gave was Jim Wilson, number 972-808-7690 Ext. 556.
