Anyone know who this is?

It is a sales call from the Association of Texas Merchants.

When you call, the recording gives the name "Steve Harper, United Bankcard agent".  When I spoke with him, he said he's working off of a list provided by the Secretary of State's office.  I told him he needs to cross-reference it with the "do not call" list so he wouldn't aggravate people with spam.
