My name says it all----  Since he was arrested you will have no problem telling us the charge, court docket number, signing judge and any other information on the arrest warrant.  Frankly I do not believe you.

What were the FELONY warrants charges?????

Name of company, person that you spoke to, county that this arrest was made  in, and name of your husband.
This company is illegally trying  collect money on payday loans. It is not a felony to go bad on one. You said like you might be a shrill for this so called company.
I have been getting calls with crap from this number for two years. Nothing ever happens.

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage     http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency).    [abstracted from another site]

Yes, you are right my brother is a secet service office and they under investigation right now. That have has so many report and yes it is a scam. When he called they would not give him the name of the company. Then I called they said the name of the company is ABG. When my friend called they said the name of the company is ABC. This IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM. Be careful.

I received a call from this number today, threatening a warrant for my arrest with 2 felony charges. I called both places that they said had warrants against me and both companies were not filing any charges and knew nothing about this. I was told not to give out my address or any other personal information. Glad I saw your post.
