They called me today, left a voicemail, threatening court if I didn't call them back. Is this a scam?

These are scammers and I have reported them to the FTC. My next step today is to report to the FBI and the Attorney General's Office

I just got a call from them too,they left a voicemail saying they would report me to the county sheriff if me or my lawyer didnt call them back.im so tired of these dumb scammers
