I got this phone call - what do they want I got Medical Insurance already??

I was on a call when this call came in. No message was left. I am on the DO NOT CALL list but that doesn't seem to matter. These harassing calls just get worse all the time. I wish the FCC could do something about this. I am tired of scammers and unsolicited calls.

Got a call from some woman speaking pigeon Spanish, could barely understand her, wanted to send me some device and wanted to verifying the shipping address. Told her someone gave her a wrong phone number, so immediately she offers to send it to me. SCAM ALERT. Told her to drop dead and learn to speak English or I'll send immigration to her door.

I wonder why you made the false claim about the DNC list, then advertised that blocker?
