Recorded message...starting out with 'I'm calling on behalf of (name unintelligible)' ... then continued ... 'don't you hate being bothered by those annoying telemarketing calls' ... they are phishing for your info and who knows what else (maybe a phone number they can hide behind for the next round of illegal calls ?)  Be cautious, be wise, don't talk ... just hang up, then report it to warn others.

Same as the above statement how every i called back like an idiot and it told me my phone bill will be charged good golly
