It's one thing to owe money & refuse to pay it, it's something completely different when your business has taken a huge hit in this economy & you are unable to pay the bills anymore. These people harrassing me.Can you help me? I need them to stop. They tell me that they do not
have to follow the rules of Fair Collections Act since this is a business debt. Don't they make it personal
when they attack my credit and threaten me with filing suit?

These people are harrassing me daily. I am disputing the debt. The will not answer to reason.
They issued 6 threatening phone calls to my business today. The collector Lane Miller said they
are not subject to Fair Collection Practices laws. Can you help me? I live in Louisiana. My email

Here’s an idea to get even with the collection agencies and telemarketers.  Give out the collection agency phone number to solicitors or telemarketers.  The telemarketers will be calling the collection agency and costing both companies money.  Collection agencies are required to  have a toll free number so if you give that out it will cost the collection agency a lot of money if they keep getting calls on that line.  If enough telemarketers get the number you could have their phones tied up for eternity.Give them this number : 800-755-7111
