Someone keeps calling and leaving this number saying they are doing an asset investigation for a lawsuit.  We have no suit against us or one in the process.  This person is acting like an attorney, but I can not find any information on him.  He is leaving the name Richard Elliott.

This guy is a debt collector with GP Cade LLC. He regulaurly violates the FDCPA. He will lie cheat and steal.

Called my cell and left a far-out story about taking my house and my family away if I didn't call him back.  Figured they were full of it.

Caller gives his name as Nelson Brooks. States he is calling John Rothenberg of West Orange, N.J. Insists he has correct number.  Has been calling and hassling for weeks.
Spoke with his supervisor, Mike Knapic, who says they work for a collections agency called Burt and Assoc. in Plano, Texas. Lists his number as 1-800-755-7111 Ext. 235.  Doesn't seem to believe they have the wrong number. Both Mr. Brooks and Mr. Knapic were rude. Feel free to call Mr. Knapic at 1-800-755-7111 Ext. 235 as often as you please.

yes we too got a call from NELSON BROOKS claiming if the matter was not taken care of this morning a deputy would meet us here....this seemed odd and upon further digging around realized ....nothing to worry haha
