When I picked up the call (only because it was a local number), they said my husband's first name then laughed and hung up. Unprofessional.

The carpet/duct cleaning call is what I got.
The "you're an idiot" line seems obligatory at this point. Apparently knowing that air duct cleaning is a complete waste of time makes one an idiot.
Meanwhile:
Someone get the company name and act like your interested in setting an appointment. If possible get their phone number so you can call back.
They already have your phone number and address so don't that part.
