They gave number to call back 844-603-1119 and when you google or look up that number it is reported that they are a scamming debt collector.

Caution, 469-351-3450 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

This company Delray Financial is linked to Rothstein Acquisition which they tell you to call 844-603-1119. Called my work number which is illegal then my cell. Put both of them together because same guy called. People with no life.

If that is true, then they are more ignorant than we all imagined! They are doing thing so illegal and know they are! They are getting away with it because of the lack of tracking them down. Lawyers, debt collectors or scammers... They have to abide by the law. And the fact they call themselves detectives and lawyers makes them look more ridiculous!

Anyone that calls regarding a DEBT is a debt collector. For example: a payday loan was credited services based on a promise to pay. Such as a credit card! Futhermore, in the sweet state of Texas you can not litigate on payday loans! Read your laws. Bye Felicia!
