Man called and asked to speak to company owner. I tried to get more info from him in case someone else could help him. He wanted to know why I jumped to the conclusion that he was selling something or otherwise needing something. He told me I needed to be cool and hung up.

same as above- asked for owner of company who passed away several years ago.  i explain that to him and told him he needed to update his records and hung up.  he called right back to say that I just hung up on him.  i said yes i did after i explained that the person he asked for hasn't been alive for several years and he needed to update his records and take us off his call list.  he said they don't have a call list and he found the info on the internet.  i told him i didn't care where he found it.  he said that's alright,we'll take our business elsewhere.  Good Luck! :-)
