Conns about late payment

I received 8 phone calls from Conn's in less than 10 minutes!!! Are you kidding me????? First they call from 469-342-0300 6 times, and then 2 more times from 800-898-7105. There has to be something that can be done about this!! Wouldn't this constitute as harassment??

I have an account with Conn's but these people are crazy.  I made my first payment and they never credited it to my account yet it cleared my bank.  So I started getting calls from them as to when I was going to make my payment.  I explained that I had already, they argued that I hadn't, that was for the previous month.  I stated no, that was my first payment.  Even went so far as to fax them my bank records at their request showing the payment.  They still call me at least 4 times a day, and I truthfully am fed up and ignore the calls. I don't have enough room on my phone list for all the different numbers they use.

And they will continue to blow up your phone. I bought something from them, they scammed all these extra "warranties" on my bill without my knowlege AND the table was missing hardware. I have gone to the local store FIVE time to try to get hardware, which I could not find at a local Home Depot, and filled out ppwk to remove warranties and it has been FIVE months. I have called, e-mailed, showed up, etc all to no avail, so I began witholding payments. They will call 10 times in one hour, each time I will answer and tell the poor individual that works for them the whole story and that until I get a new receipt with warranties removed and the hardware to assemble my table, I am not paying..... they always promise to call back, then the next person calls and the games start over.  This company is full of scam artist!
