If you have a problem, why don't you call and ask for a supervisor.... Instead of posting a one sided complaint without even ID'ing yourself. Nothing can ever be resolved if we don't know there is a problem. CRA is a commercial collection agency, Mr. Tate is a collector who'd job is to call debtors to secure payment for our clients. I understand this can be an embarrassing process, however it is purely business and not personal, I assure you. I did call u and asked for a "Supervisor" who responded by putting Mr. Jeff Wilson on the phone.  Guys your floating down s**t creek without a paddle so stop with the bs and man up without all of the deception.  I love the "reference the case # to avoid proceedings" line that is the best bs yet. Keep it coming I'm recording every one. Do you realize we VB all of our calls and I'm an Attorney?  Unfair and deceptive debt collections practices will cost you far more than a pultry amount of a wrongful debt that your "company" just inherited... so tread lightly. got a call but it was as if I was out on hold...please do not call a company then put them on hold. Really! call when you are able to call don't call out and put a person on hold!
