972-428-5200 - is Certified Payment Processing - They continue to call and hang up several times a day. This number will be reported to the police as well!!! I tried to call them back to tell them to stop calling but i can't get ahold of an operator.

I was sleeping today after working all night when the phone rang - and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang: for TWO MINUTES straight. I have Caller ID, and this number came up, listed as "RGS." Who the fugg is this? I tried to reach the phone, but they hung up before I could pick up. If I get these lowlifes next time, there is going to be blood on the sun. How dare they call me. I won't phycially threaten them, but I will be forceful. Thanks.

Person calls randomly about once a week. I answered and there was a lot of laughing and background noise. When they asked for me I told them wrong number. Don't know how they got my cell. From the other posts I've read they say its wells fargo but I don't have anything through them.

You have to play hard ball back with the collector.  They are only able to call once a week at home or your cell and if you have notified the collector to stop calling your work, the collector must cease communication and only contact you via phone.  To eliminate stress, I would state to them to send everything in writing as this is your right.  Document everything and every conversation on the phone.  I would talk to a debt advocacy lawyer if they continue to harras you as you are entitled to sue them for harrasment.  Most people in debt are in debt due to no fault of their own.  Collectors play hardball so they can get their commissions based on what they can get back monetarily from you as soon as possible.  You are in control here.
