I finally answered this persistent caller, Ralph with Rare Earth Minerals. They are drilling for helium in Arizona and 45k will get you in on one of their drilling sites. He quit talking after no response.

I got a call I answered with my name they said my name back to me and I said yes and they hung up. I think I have been scammed
