Caller has called my cell phone and I let it go to VM. Never leaves a message.....I never answer unsolicited calls. Reported to DNC list and blocked on cell phone.

Abandoned Call!!
Most likely: Telescammers / Telecriminals / Scumbags using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the #s these turds call from.
BEWARE: These people are crooks who will try to get your personal information and steal your identity.
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!

Rec'd at 10:55 pm. Went to VM. Msg states "....press 9 to be removed from record". If I knew who it was, I'd remove them. :-)

CID="4693277005",VOIP and I take to be a spoofer. There was only a hang-up after 30 to 40 seconds.
