This number contacted me regarding a post I had on craigslist for a laptop I was selling. He/she offered to pay double my asking price (via paypal) and requested that I ship it to someone in Africa. They also emphasized that they are a firm believer in "god" and that I shold trust them... Id say its pretty clear that some nigeran scammers have relocated to texas and are opening cell phone accounts out there...
