I keep getting calls from 1-469-324-5163.
Caller ID types "PRECISE SOL GRP" ......HOWEVER....
"Location: TX. Carrier: 469-324-5163 WINDSTREAM COMMUNICATIONS landline from Dallas, TX"
came up when I did the White Pages Reverse Number Check at www.whitepages.com/reverse_phone.
Each time I answer I say "Hello?" and I hear nothing. I give them 3 opportunities to speak before I hang up.
My phone number IS registered on the No Call List government website and I renewed my registration just last week June 28, 2013.
