I am signed up in the do-not-call registry but still get obnoxious spam calls and sometimes texts at least once a week. I am on a pay-as-you-go cell phone plan, and it ticks me off that I have to PAY to receive this crap. I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number calling, but some of these jerks leave voice mails, which I listen to for 2 seconds then delete.
