I was receiving calls from both #'s mentioned non-stop. After reviewing the posts from this site I called the number listed for VP of Support. Turns out it is his personal cell phone! After letting him know my annoyance, he assured me the calls would stop and they did immediately. I highly suggest calling the number listed in a previous post (from Feb 09). I doubt he wants to be annoyed with incessant calls as we were. Many thanks to whoever posted those phone numbers!

At 5 AM this number started calling and it called every 3 to 4 minutes.

Although My number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, I keep getting repetitive calls from this number.  They are attempting to fax something to a non-fax number.

REPEAT CALLS THAT CAN NOT GO UNANSWERED!  WE SERVE TRUE CUSTOMERS AND CANNOT JUST IGNORE THE PHONE.  CALLER ID REFLECTS "UNVAILABLE AT TIMES" THEN OTHER TIMES VENALI, INC HQ PH# 312-205-0109

24 Sep 2009. Calls received at 5:45AM, repeated several times, then the cycle was repeated at about 9:10AM.
Just a short tone/pause cycle at a rate of about one/sec.
