I agree I just had this same call and picked it up have kids in Texas no one on the the end. this is my 3rd strange call today. disgusting.

Called at 14:28 hours Saturday 08/08/2015. Displayed "Sassoville TX" on Caller ID. Dead air on pickup (we thought it was somebody else). Into the Call Blockere they go...
My suspicion is that many of these calls are made solely to establish that the called number is valid, and somebody there will pick up. Presumably this is just data gathering, to be given to other vermin for illicit marketing. Otherwise, why bother?

I.D said TX I delibertly picked it up said Hello and then just listened. She said she was calling about breast cancer and wanted me to sign up to donate. I don't donate on the phone, but I didn't say anything and finally she said are you there? Are you There?
she then hung up.I just hung on so that they have to pay for the time.
