Thankful for caller ID, don't pick up, funny it doesn't go to answering service like non-scammers does. Also a Soldiers Sull?

I just received a call from the same number. I didn't answer and they left no message. If anyone knows who that are, please advise.

Just got the call from this number at 10:33am. When the voicemail started a person started speaking over it. He said "Hello, is the lady of the house there?". Just before it beeped he said "okay, just so you know" it beeped and he hung up.
