I constantly get calls from random numbers and I want it to stop

I believe this to be one of nine (at minimum) canned calls received this month, different number each round, regarding either credit "repair" or credit card reprice. Most of them have delivered the same female voice in a heavily compressed audio file begging for a keypress for a "specialist" to "fix your credit", and were carried by Neutral Tandem like this one, which left a dud recording I've now heard twice. More later if I find anything.

why not jump up and down and hollow at them.  that might help too.
