I chose "Event Type" as type of call because there was not a choice for legitimate call or other. This is a legitimate company with a legitimate number and reason for calling. It is the claims department of Hallmark Insurance in Plano, TX. I know this because my husband and I witnessed an accident, pulled over and gave statements to the police after we made sure everyone was okay. They called us within 48 hours to ask us some questions and verify our statements in order to rule on the claim.
