Received a call (a recording) that said if I didn't call back I will have committed a federal felony. I did not respond.

We received a call around 12:30pm today from 469-297-2754 the phone number did not have an identifier as to who they were. If it was the IRS it would of stayed that it was the IRS.  The same msg was left just like it was fir this 325-718-4326. Both these numbers said its your second call and failure to call back is a federal crime and subject to more penalties plus possible prosecution for frauds. The reason why I brought up the 325-728-4326 was because wax called by that number also both numbers are from TX. When I called this number back I told them I new there call was fraudulent and if I got a call again I was going to report their scam to the FBI. Why? They are claiming that they are part of the federal government and threatening people which is against the federal laws. It's the same shame the apparent same voice and the message and threat and I bet you if they were both fixed on a nap of TX they'd be close together. I would of wrote the first one earlier but I needed to get to an appointment.

The guy on my call said his name was Steve Martin.  Apparently he's using the names of actors.  Peter Hermann is an actor married to Mariska Hargitay and of course Steve Martin is a comedian.  Rule #39:  there is no such thing as coincidence
