I called him back. Questioned his credentials and he hung up on me. Obviously a "call center" because after it rang twice the line went silent until someone picked up. Suggested he get a new phone number as this one was all over the Internet but warned that one would be all over soon as well.
These people want you to buy money cards like Green Dot and send them the numbers so they can strip the money off the card. Please tell vulnerable people to NEVER DO THIS. They also read obituaries and prey on grieving families.

Seems like an obvious phone scam perpetrated by an individual attempting to scare people into his snare. Caller's should beware and not reply to this individual.

Received a call 3/31/2015 from 469-297-2483 This is a Fraud Call (scam) to threaten judgements
Claimed to be Dennis Gary, from the Treasury Dept and this would be my 2nd and final notice
The voice message was very scratchy
