Called me soliciting a donation for the TX State Troopers Association - quite abrupt and rude - if legitimate, I would think that the Caller ID would reflect "TSTA" or something like that - this may be a scam...

I got a call too, It is not Texas state troopers association, It is a different trooper organization.

Caller id says "local call area" have had calls from TEX XXX XXXXX  some [***]- I answered it with a fax program- we'll see if they call back (sticker selling crooks- don't get suckered in- little if any of your contributions actually ever make it to help wounded law enforcement or their families.
