calls but leaves no message. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but it doesn't do any good because they don't enforce it.

Called multiple times over several weeks and never leaves a message or hangs up when we answer. On the most recent call, a male voice asked if it was Ms. (last name). When responded yes, he hung up. When I called back, it rolled into a generic voicemail box.

Cold call for duct work and carpet cleaning. When I said that I don't buy anything from cold callers, he hung up. Knew my name and town despite unlisted number. I called back to ask him to put me on no call list but he would not answer, went to voice mail.
