Called back and the prompt says to press 1 for the do not call list. After pressing 1, it said please allow 48 hrs to take effect.

Got call today from 4692709015, did not answer it, no message left. It seems another scam call. Caller id says Allen, TX.

They called both of my cell numbers a day or two after I went online to apply for a job with target,I think they might be hackers

I unfortunately have to answer my cell for work even when I don't know the number. They started off with "This is not a sales call. You have been referred by a friend or family member to have a free wireless security system installed in your home. You must be a homeowner to apply." Definitely a scam.
