It's Heather from Card Services (did she replace the infamous Rachel?) Same pre-recorded spiel, new name, new phone number. The caller ID said "survey", probably to see if they could get more people to pick it up.

Are you kidding? Don't answer the phone if you don't know who's calling and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER call the number back. You're only confirming that your number is legit. Get yourself a call blocker...

They called., and when I did not answer..... they posted a call back message, which ends up on my phone and reminder note on my computer. I hope they choke on their drumstick. Happy Holidays to everyone else.

Robo Heather from Account Services called to assure me that there is not a problem with my account. However, I have qualified for a lower rate. I'm so sick of these types of call - I know that there are no issues with my account because I'm on top of all my accounts daily! I just wish my information would be sold to these other companies - UGH!
