This number just called 3 minutes ago. I thought that this number was from a college that I am taking online vet tech courses through (the college is located in Texas and the caller ID on my cell said that it was a Texas number). No message was left so I decided to google this number and this log came up. This number is going straight to the block list.

Just got a call , tried to call the # back back no answer,only a message asking to press1 if I need to be on a do not call list

Same thing here called on cell left no message,

This number called me on Dec 2 2015, I didn't answer, no message left. I just called the number back now and an automated voice told me to press 1 to be put on a "Do Not Call" list, they said it will take 48 business hours to be processed. I looked up the number online and it came under the company  Foremost Telecommunications Corporation in Texas. I've had two unwanted calls from Texas now, different phone numbers, same answering machine when I call them back.

Called sat am no message.  Repeat calls twice.    I did not answer.
