Who is this

Conversion Outsourcing, they are a debt collector for TXU Energy. The called me on Friday, asked if I could pay, I told them I just got laid off, they said ok, we'll call back another time that may be better for you, they waited the weekend, and then started calling me again Monday morning.

I've never had TXU Energy, nor have I lived in Dallas. Anytime I answer, they immediately hang up?

Just got a call from this number.  They did not leave a message.  I have never had TXU energy.
