Now then. If they are installing "home security" systems, this is easy. Make an appointment for them to come out. Find out who they really are. This says they're in Texas. Maybe the call, or home office, is there, but if they are calling you in some other location, they must have local outlets doing the work. Find out who that is when they come to your house. Then sue for multiple violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act -- calling numbers on the do not call list, using prerecorded message... spoofing their ID... more if you can think of any.
