call to my cell phone, no message

Called cell phone, but left no message.

Called to answering service and hung up.

Called and when I answered, the caller talked about donating to some cause for veterans.  After a back and forth interaction, I realized that it's an interactive robo-call, that at first makes you think it's live

Robo call.  Don't answer, don't waste your time.
