An attorneys office called my cell phone state that they were going to have some one  come by my home on 6/22/16 between 8-5 to deliver a summons to appear in court. I asked who it was for she said she could not tell me, I would need to call the attorneys office and was going to give me a number... I hung up the phone.  So they tried my home phone I did not answer it and they did not leave a message.

Received a call from this number warning that the person they are trying to reach will need to appear in court within the week. They were unable to clarify any details (claimed that they do not have additional details). In addition, they assumed that they were speaking with the correct person even though I did not confirm any personal details (and this call wasn't even for me or anyone I know). I informed them that if this is regarding any type of legal matter than they need to deliver the hard copies of documentation to the person that they are trying to reach utilizing appropriate legal methods. They hung up.

If these guys are scammers then they don't know the law for crap in Texas. You pretty much can't go after any money if it is a credit thing which is all I got. They are just punks.

Called multiple times, no vmail,  answered on two separate locations and they asked for someone else.  I told them wrong number and they hung up on me.  called back to have my number removed from their list. no answer.
