An attorneys office called my cell phone state that they were going to have some one  come by my home on 6/22/16 between 8-5 to deliver a summons to appear in court. I asked who it was for she said she could not tell me, I would need to call the attorneys office and was going to give me a number... I hung up the phone.  So they tried my home phone I did not answer it and they did not leave a message.

Did you know it is illegal to claim to be an attorney if they are not--and a real attorney would know you do not warn someone if a summons is coming.  In other words, your caller is very possibly a SCAMMER - especially if they did not mention your name!

This number has called several times asking for Don, 1st time I said wrong number, 2nd time told them not to call back again no Don at this number. 3rd time now I'm pissed off. Keeps asking for Don. How many times do I have to tell them wrong number! Ha!! Idiots.
